  Yesterday my garage door would not close due to a broken part. I rang the company that installed the door and was advised their earliest available appointment was in 8... read more days so I asked for the name of an authorised repairer and was given the name Eden Roc. Upon contacting Eden Roc I was greeted by the most lovely lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name) who organised an appointment for me the next day. I expressed concern over leaving my garage door up overnight and advised I wasn’t confident that I could close the door myself manually without causing further damage. To help me out she arranged for someone to pop by my house after finishing work to help me manually close the door. Simon showed up a few hours later and helped close the garage door and told me some useful information about when to service the door in the future. Today Mark arrived and replaced the broken part and serviced the door. I was super impressed with how fast he worked and how he explained what he was doing. Like Simon he also gave me some useful tips around servicing and maintaining the door. My garage door has never been this quiet before when opening and closing! I’m very happy with the service provided and will definitely use Eden Roc again for service/maintenance. Thank you Simon and Mark.
